Our body is designed to move.
Every movement we make is a stimulus that our body has to respond to. But by doing the same repeated movements over a long period of time our body starts to adapt and anticipate how it is expected to move. And then we get stuck in these patterns of movement. And we feel pain.
But like a smoke alarm going off to alert you there is a fire the pain signals your brain is receiving are the same thing. Imagine trying to turn off your alarm system while there is an actual fire going on. Treating your pain with out taking in the entire puzzle is the same thing
Pain is a symptom of your body being out of balance.
The methodology I utilize realigns your body back to its natural state of biomechanics movement. Allowing you to put out of the fire and have the alarm system turn itself off.
You are not defined by your pain and you are not stuck.
