Every movement we make is a stimulus that our body has to respond to. But by doing the same repeated movements over a long period of time our body starts to adapt and anticipate how it is expected to move. And then we get stuck in these patterns of movement. And we feel pain.
The alarm system of your body is a powerful system. So powerful that while it is going off instead of addressing the problem we try and turn off the system. Pain is not something be afraid of Pain is something for us to listen to and understand so ultimately we can treat the root of your pain instead of chasing your symptoms.
Pain is a symptom of your body being out of balance.
The methodology I utilize realigns your body back to its natural state of biomechanics movement. Allowing you to put out of the fire and have the alarm system turn itself off.
